…but what about the pickup lines that WORK?

If you want great pickup lines to actually work, it should be one of 2 things:

When she tells you, make sure you tell her it’s NOT compatible with yours, so you guess SHE doesn’t have a chance with YOU, and give her a cheeky smile. This kind of confident humor is the stuff that women LOVE!

Or go with fun pickup lines that work…

“Hey, I’m thinking of getting my hair cut, because I’m sick of this old boring one. If you could pick any guys haircut around here, which one would you give me? And it can’t be that guy over there with the bowl cut! Be nice.”

or,

“Who do you think wears more makeup? Gene Simmonds from Kiss, or that old waitress lady over there?”

The key thing when approaching a woman is not to look like you want something from her, but rather you want to look like you’re talking to her because you’re bored and couldn’t think of anything better to do at that moment.

So approach from the side casually, with confidence (not head on), and just treat her like someone to share a joke or a conversation with. You’ll be surprised at how receptive most women are when you casually approach them like this.

If you want pickup lines to work for you, the best thing you can do is memorize a few good ones, each with a few prepared responses to follow up with depending on her answer, and practice them before you go out. Once you get them down and build up a little more confidence approaching women, you can get more creative.

Just remember, the idea is to start a conversation, not spit out a one liner in a woman’s face, so the follow up is just as important. If you use something interesting as an opener, the follow up shouldn’t be hard at all.
